00:00First of all, it appears to be good news on the takeover this week.
00:03So what's your reaction to what you've been told about timescales, etc.?
00:07Well, the reaction is obviously one that there's a long way to go,
00:10I think, from what I gather of the previous situations,
00:14there's a long way to go to get everything to a final point.
00:17But the early signs look favourable in the situation,
00:21so we'll have to wait and see.
00:22But it certainly looks like a stronger situation than past.
00:26What do you hope a takeover brings to this football club?
00:30Well, I think, openly speaking, more of the stability of it,
00:34you know, because it's been on unsettled ground for such a long time now,
00:39with varying situations, various opinions about what was and what is
00:44and what should be and all the rest of it.
00:47So I'd imagine it would probably clear up that kind of changing the noise,
00:51as I call it, you know, changing the noise that surrounds a football club,
00:55and certainly in its initial spell, you know, should it get over the line,
01:00then I'd imagine bringing that stability and the feel of stability
01:05after an up-and-down period for many different reasons.
01:08Have you spoken to the perspective you only get when you're likely to?
01:12No, I don't know when I'm likely to, I haven't spoken to them,
01:14I don't know when I'm likely to, so I'll await news on that.
01:17I mean, it's not a given that they speak to me,
01:19but you would imagine they probably will at some point.
01:22When would you like to have policy over your own future?
01:25It's not really relevant, I've tried to speak openly about it,
01:27you know, I got Boyer as a custodian, I got Boyer to do a specific job, I feel,
01:31you know, especially looking backwards from where it was to where it is now,
01:34and I continue to work hard at that, and that's really my focus,
01:38you know, the rest of it will sort itself out.
01:40You know, obviously we've got to change results, that's a given,
01:43but the actual workload and what I've done there has been considerable, I think,
01:46and I just keep doing that, and then, you know,
01:48however it opens up in the future, we'll see.
