00:35Cagayan de Oro, where most of Yang's businesses are located, was under Acorda's jurisdiction.
00:40There was also talk that a former PNP chief allegedly aided dismissed Bambantarlak Mayor
00:45Alice Guo in escaping.
00:47The ex-PNP chief was not named, but Acorda also denies any involvement with Guo.
