00:00Computer Science video is here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to
00:05use Microsoft PowerPoint on a Mac computer. Tutorial 32, delete your
00:10presentation. Without further ado, let us start the video. So in this tutorial, you
00:15need to have access to a Mac computer, have access to the desktop application,
00:19Microsoft PowerPoint. We're gonna start the tutorial. Let's now go over onto the
00:23desktop. Go to Finder, navigate to the OneDrive folder, locate the file
00:29work.pptx. In this tutorial, we will duplicate the file first before we start
00:34deleting. As we wish to not delete the original, if you have deleted the original
00:39then you may not be able to recover unless you have backed it up. So
00:45highlight work.pptx, right-click, copy, minimize Finder for the moment, go to the
00:51desktop, right-click, paste item. If we want to open up work.pptx on the
00:57desktop, as you can see this is now a duplicate file. If we quit PowerPoint for
01:01the moment and now to delete work.pptx, there are many different ways you can
01:08delete. We can add a highlight, right-click and move to bin or what we
01:14can use is the other shortcut which is highlight, command and delete or what we
01:20can do is highlight or click on work.pptx, go to file, move to bin. All three
01:29ways equate to deleting the presentation on screen. So we'll just highlight,
01:36command and delete. Let's go over to the dock again, go to the bin and empty. Yep, so
01:46now the presentation itself or should I say the duplicate presentation has now
01:50been deleted. So we can go over to the dock, go back to the OneDrive folder, close out
01:59of Finder. And so that's it for this video. I'll see you guys in my next tutorial.
02:04Thanks for now. Thank you for making it towards the end of the video. Be sure to
