00:00If you want Microsoft Copilot to do specific tasks for you, then what you can actually
00:10do is you can write specific prompts.
00:12So first of all, what you need to do is you need to go around and give it a role right
00:18here.
00:19So let's say for example, I'm simply writing role right here.
00:22Then what you need to do is define goal right here, just like this.
00:26Then give it a format right here, just like this, right here.
00:29So what you have to do is remember these words, role, goal, format right here, and
00:34then simply set the limitations right here, just like this.
00:39So based on these four contents right here, you can write four specific sentences right
00:46here.
00:47So let's say for example, I want Copilot to write me a blog about something.
00:53So let's say I'm going to go around and give it a role as an expert travel blogger, maybe.
01:07So as an expert travel blogger.
01:11Now I'm going to go around and give it a goal.
01:14So I'm just going to go around and say as an expert travel blogger, write a blog for
01:21a web article about vacation in Sydney, right here, just like this.
01:32So let's say for example, a web article about vacation in Sydney is the goal right here.
01:38So we got the goal out of the way, just like this.
01:41So now I'm going to go around and give it a format.
01:43So let's say for example, I'm going to go around and say, write the blog in three paragraphs
01:50right here, three paragraphs, and make sure you list five main tourist attractions in
02:03Sydney as well.
02:04So I'm going to go around and as I type in this, this is the format that I'm specifying
02:09Copilot to write.
02:12Then I need to set the limitations.
02:14So I'm going to go around and say, write this blog in blog in 800 words, words only, and
02:26then do not cross the word limit.
02:32Also make sure to use informal language only right here, just like this.
02:44And once I go around and set this limitation right here, just like this.
02:48So once I go around and do that, I can simply go around and press enter.
02:52So this is what I have.
02:53I said as an expert travel blogger, write a blog about a web article about a vacation
02:59in Sydney right here.
03:00So I gave it a role, I gave it a goal, I gave it the specific tasks right here, just like
03:06this, like what are the format that it needs to follow and the limitation for the format.
03:13And now you can see that this is what it actually listed and provided me with.
03:17So it says, hey there fellow travelers, if you're dreaming of a vacation that combines
03:23stunning natural beauty, vibrant city life and iconic landmarks, then Sydney should be
03:28at the top of the list.
03:29And then you can see that it actually provided more information right here, just like this
03:34as well.
03:35So for unique experience and it provided me the activities as well, just like this and
03:40generated out an article for me easily, just like that.
03:44And that is how you can go ahead and then work around with these specific prompts inside
03:50of Microsoft Copilot.
03:52So hope you found this video useful.
