00:08The government assured that it is ready to help the provinces that might be affected by Hurricane Julian.

00:15According to the report of the Presidential Communications Office and the DSWD,

00:20more than 263,000 family food packs have been prepositioned in different provinces.

00:29This amounted to more than Php 242,000.

00:35In Region 1, 75,084 family food packs are already prepared.

00:42In Region 2, more than Php 123,000, while more than Php 64,000 of family food packs are on standby in the Cordillera Administrative Region.

00:54It is expected that some provinces in Northern Luzon will experience heavy rainfall due to Hurricane Julian.

01:02According to the forecast, it is expected to landfall in the Batanes area today.

01:09That is why our countrymen there are being careful.

01:16The northern part of Luzon will continue to experience heavy rainfall due to Hurricane Julian.

01:23Hurricane Julian is the last to pass through the Balintang Island in Calayan, Cagayan.

01:29It has a wind speed of 155 kmph near the center and a wind speed of 190 kmph.

01:40It moves at a speed of 10 kmph.

01:46Signal No. 1 is in Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, Calinga, Ifugao, Mountain Province, Benguet, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, and Aurora.

01:59Signal No. 1 is also in the northern part of Nueva Ecija and Polilio Islands.

02:05Signal No. 2 is in Cagayan, Apayao, and Ilocos Norte.

02:09Signal No. 3 is in Babuyan Islands and the northern part of Cagayan.

02:14While Signal No. 4 is in Batanes and the northern part of Babuyan Islands.

02:19It is expected that Hurricane Julian will pass through the country on Thursday morning or afternoon.

02:28Stay tuned for updates on the government's plans to reduce Hurricane Julian's impact.

02:37COC will be finalized and Filipino marriage migrants will continue to rise.
