00:12So this is Jones.
00:13He's 13 years old.
00:14We have him as a terrier mix.
00:16He came to us in 2020.
00:18So he's been looking for a home since 2020 from another shelter.
00:21And he's been here since then looking for a home.
00:24He's a really good boy.
00:25He goes to foster care often.
00:27And he loves to sunbathe, chill on the couch.
00:30He's a couch potato, but he also loves to play.
00:32He's also housebroken in a home.
00:34And yeah, he gets a lot of attention from our foster parents
00:37because they love to take him since he does so well.
00:40And he's just a really, really sweet boy that needs to find a home.
00:42Just because he's 13 doesn't mean he, like, hangs out.
00:44Oh, yeah.
00:44He's got peppin' his stuff.
00:45Right.
00:46He's got a lot of zips, though, going on.

01:12Craziest thing just happened.
01:13We brought in Marilyn to meet Marilyn.
01:16And the minute Marilyn, we let go of the leash,
01:20she just started running around and having a good time.
01:22What a chill dog.
01:24You know, it's so funny.

01:25We'll get dogs in here.
01:26And this is a dog that was found on the street a couple blocks away.
01:30And you see these dogs, and they're inside the shelter,
01:32and they're in their little area.
01:34But once they get outside and they're running and all this,
01:37this is what we're hoping to find.

01:39Could you tell us?
01:40So Marilyn came in a few months ago.
01:42Like Kenny said, she was found as a stray right across the street, actually.
01:46So she's been with us since, I believe it's been four months or so.
01:50She came in with heartworm.
01:51She's still undergoing heartworm treatment.
01:53She's seven years old and an American Bulldog mix.
01:56And yeah, she's still coming out of her shell.
01:58But as you can see, if you point at her, she's really, really excited right now.
02:02She also goes to our Bark Around Town program all the time.
02:04So people take her out for the day, hang out with her,
02:07and we always get positive reviews from her because she's just such a good dog.
02:10Everybody wants to borrow her, but we need to find a permanent home for her.

02:54Yeah, so this is Serena.
02:55She's six years old.
02:56She's an American Bulldog mix.
02:58She loves people, loves playing around.
02:59That's why we can't, she can't be tamed.
03:01She wants to be running around, jumping in the pool.
03:03She loves balls.
03:04She's a very good dog.
03:05She was adopted as a puppy originally five years ago,
03:08and then she was returned last year due to family health issues.
03:11So since 2023, she's been looking for a forever home,
03:14and she's just such a good girl.
03:15We don't know how she hasn't gotten adopted yet.
03:17Yeah, that's a funny story and a rough story to have a family
03:20and then to not have a family being here.
03:22So you know, she can handle it.
03:24She's a great dog looking for a forever home.
