Prince Harry presented an award to seven-year-old Noah Nicholson, who suffers from cerebral palsy, at the WellChild awards. The Duke of Sussex, who is a patron of the charity that provides support to ill children across the UK, took to the stage where he commended the parents and carers of the children. "As a parent, I know a little about the emotional rollercoaster of parenting. But when I hear about the care that many of you mums, dads and family members provide, I am truly in awe," he said.

01:30The World Child Awards is an event that never fails to inspire me.
01:34The stories of young people who battle against the odds, living lives filled with medical procedures,
01:41hospital stays, endless appointments, they remind us all of the strength of the human spirit.
01:48And for many of us, it is a daily life that we can hardly imagine.
01:52And yet somehow, the young people I meet are always smiling.
01:56And in every room they walk into, seemingly lights up with warmth and positivity.
02:02So, keep being you. You've got this and we've got you.
02:11As a parent, I know a little about the emotional rollercoaster of parenting.
02:16But when I hear about the care that many of you mums, dads and family members provide,
02:21the level of round-the-clock care that you offer, the skills you've had to learn
02:26and the battles for support that you fight every single day, I am truly in awe.
02:33You are all incredible and your love and dedication are nothing short of heroic.
02:39And so it rests with me to remind you that tonight is also your night too.
