00:00Today we're doing a run to Bonnington for Police Blue Light.
00:07So we're providing some food for people that are struggling out there.
00:11So they've contacted the prison and we've both jumped on it and basically we're providing
00:15food for some needy families down in Bonnington today.
00:17Yeah, a lot of families in need, especially at the moment.
00:20So we've got, you know, a handful that use the food bank on a regular basis.
00:24We asked the question and they were more than happy to supply us with some food.
00:28We've got bolognese, we've got roast pork, we've got veggies, we've got stroganoff, we've
00:32got taco, nachos.
00:33So a lot of this has been done by the prisoners.
00:36So they put their heart and soul in, which is fantastic, and they know it's for a good
00:39cause.
00:40So a lot of people jumped on board with this one.
00:41It feels good to be in the community and helping the community, for sure.
00:45You can just imagine a mum with her kids, or even a family just struggling, get a free
00:50feed and it's really nice, it's good food, and it's heartwarming.
00:55They're happy, they're excited.
00:57They get chef's gear put onto them, so it just changes who they are and that they can't wait.
01:01This is restaurant quality, I guarantee you.
01:03I've worked in a lot of restaurants and it's primo, it's up there.
01:08To really, you know, give back to the community, I think it's fantastic.
01:12We're hoping it's going to be an ongoing thing.
