Tamara shared first-hand footage of the bleak aftermath of Hurricane Helene and its impact on Pass-a-Grille, a barrier island in St. Pete Beach, Florida.
"I am a resident of Pass-a-Grille, and we were finally allowed back on the island at 4 p.m. on Saturday," she told WooGlobe. "This vlog shows me seeing the place for the first time after the disaster."
Although Tamara was fortunate that her house didn’t flood, her heart was heavy for those who suffered major losses during the chaos.
The footage offers a glimpse of the island, with nearly everything buried in sand.
