00:00On the first day of the COC filing, SWS and Pulse Asia released the results of their Senatorial Preference Survey.

00:10Salim Refrat was able to get it right.

00:15In the SWS survey, which was commissioned by the Stratbase Group,

00:19there are 13 names who have a chance to enter MAGIC 12.

00:23These include Congressman Erwin Tulfo, former Senate President Tito Soto,

00:28Senator Pia Cayetano, former President Rodrigo Duterte, and Senator Aimee Marcos,

00:33former Senator Panfilo Lacson, Senator Bong Revilla, Representative Camille Villar,

00:38Makati Mayor Abigail Binay, Senator Lito Lapid, former Senator Manny Pacquiao,

00:44Senator Bato de la Rosa, and Senator Bong Go.

00:47In the commissioned survey conducted from September 14 to 23 this year,

00:52a list of the names of politicians, artists, and other personalities was shown.

00:571,500 respondents chose 12 names from the list.

01:03The survey has a margin of error of plus or minus 3%.

01:07Based on the non-commissioned survey of Pulse Asia,

01:10there are also 13 names who have a chance to get one of the 12 Senate seats.

01:16These include Congressman Erwin Tulfo, former Senate President Tito Soto,

01:23Senator Pia Cayetano, Senator Bong Go, former President Rodrigo Duterte,

01:28Makati Mayor Abigail Binay, Senator Bong Revilla Jr.,

01:32former Senator Ping Lacson, former Senator Manny Pacquiao,

01:36Senator Aimee Marcos, Senator Bato de la Rosa, and Senator Lito Lapid.

01:41The survey was conducted from September 6 to 13, 2024.

01:45Here, 12 names were chosen from the list of 74 personalities.

01:52These include former and current Senators and Congressmen,

01:56government officials, local governments, artists, and other personalities.

02:02The survey included 2,400 people and has a margin of error of plus or minus 2%.
