00:06but based on the latest bulletin of Pag-asa earlier this afternoon,

00:09there are still signs of the first wave in the Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cajen Valley.

00:16The Super Typhoon Hulian will return to the PAR tomorrow,

00:20where it will hit Taiwan, where it is expected to land.

00:24On Thursday night, the Super Typhoon Hulian will continue to hit the PAR.

00:30Based on the data of Metro Weather,

00:32it is still possible for strong gusts of wind with rain to hit the Northern Luzon,

00:36as well as the Batanes and Babuyan Islands, as well as the Ilocos Provinces.

00:40There are also heavy rains in other parts of the country,

00:43such as Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol Region, as well as in some parts of Visayas and Mindanao.
