00:00Do you think there should be harsher punishments for it? Would you like to see
00:03something else set up to prevent it? What are your thoughts on that?
00:06I think you need an intelligent approach. We need some research into
00:10how this behaviour is evolving, why it's taking place. We probably need some academics involved
00:15in helping us come up with what is the best solution rather than a knee-jerk reaction of
00:20simply thinking tougher punishments is what's worth. That's not very sophisticated thinking.
00:24We need a more intelligent approach to that.
00:27People are just human. Sometimes it's young people that just go from one way to another
00:31without realising what they're doing. They just do it for fun. But once you actually get them
00:36to speak to someone, a counsellor for instance, they will realise what they did, it was wrong.
00:42But some older people, they don't do anything. They do bad things unconsciously. They don't
00:47actually think of what the repercussions are. They just do it for fun. They laugh.
00:51But then when you actually go caught by the police and go to jail, your mentality changes.
