01:28and the wind was up to 230 kilometers per hour.

01:32The signal No. 1 was still high in Batanes, Babuyan Islands, Mainland Cagayan,

01:38Apayau, Cagayan, Kalinga, Abra, Mountain Province, Ilocos Norte, and Ilocos Sur.

01:45According to Pag-asa's forecast track,

01:47the Philippine Area of Responsibility may recur or return to the Hulian-Bukas typhoon.

01:54It is expected that the typhoon will continue to emerge on Thursday.
