00:54Everyone comes and as soon as it started, every ministry would come in and say,

01:00that this is also a strategic SOE and this is also an essential SOE.

01:03Then, between the Prime Minister and the cabinet, we are very clear,

01:06that there is no such thing as strategic.

01:09If there can be any activity in the private sector, we should move that across.

01:13We have also taken this decision on the insurance companies that these should move across into the private sector.

01:20So, first of all, very few entities are going to be left which are going to be categorized as strategic and essential SOEs.

01:27Now, let's come to the implementation and phasing in of these SOEs.

01:32And this is absolutely right. Obviously, when you move something into privatization,

01:37there are two assets under consideration or at play at the moment.

01:42One is PIA and the other is the outsourcing of Islamabad airport.

01:46And apart from that, we have put three DISCOs in the first phase of privatization.

01:54So, Inshallah, these two assets, we are very hopeful that during October,

01:59we will be able to get these two transactions through the finishing line, Inshallah.
