00:00The Supreme Court dismissed the request for protection of the former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque

00:05for the contempt and arrest of the House Quad Committee.

00:09In a petition to be passed on September 23,

00:12Roque insisted that the Quad Goum should abuse their power.

00:16The Supreme Court said that the request to be passed on the contempt and detention orders of the camera

00:23was only used for extrajudicial killings or forced disappearances.

00:28The Supreme Court gave the Quad Committee 10 days to comment on the petition for a prohibition that Roque requested.

00:35Roque was arrested by the Quad Goum because he did not respond to the allegations about the illegal fireworks.

00:41He also did not submit the necessary documents to explain the sudden increase of his assets.

00:48Roque was once told that he will not be arrested by the Quad Goum and that he will not submit the documents.
