00:00A political analyst pointed out that the individuals who will be declared as nuisance candidates should study carefully.
00:08From the point of view of the rise and shine in the Philippines,
00:11Professor Antonio Contreras said that based on the Omnibus Election Code,
00:16the nuisance candidates are the ones who are obviously doing stupid things,
00:22or the ones who want to create confusion.
00:25Contreras also pointed out that the nuisance candidates should not be taken lightly.
00:33This is the third day of the COC filing for the 2025 midterm elections,
00:38which will last until October 8.
00:41The Supreme Court ordered the COVIDEC to be careful in its decision-making.
00:45It should be done on a case-to-case basis.
