00:38The Central Film Certification Board told Bombay High Court on Monday that the actress and film's producer Kangana Ranaut has agreed to the cuts suggested by CBFC in her film.

00:53Justice B.P. Kolabawala and Firdaus Pooniwala's back were being heard by the film's co-producer G Entertainment Enterprises, which had been asked to issue a certificate from CBFC for the film.

01:10It should be noted that the film was supposed to be released on September 6, but after the release of the certificate, it has been entangled in a legal battle with the censor board.

01:23In the film, Kangana Ranaut has not only played the main role of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, but also directed and co-created the film.

01:34She had accused CBFC of not issuing a certificate to delay the release.

01:40After being accused by some Sikh organizations, including the Shiromni Akali Dal, it has fallen into controversies.

02:02During the hearing on Monday, the representative of Zee Entertainment, lawyer Sharan Jagtyani, told the High Court that Kangana Ranaut had informed him about the changes that CBFC wanted to make.

02:17He said that there was agreement between Kangana and CBFC on this matter.

02:25However, he said that Zee Entertainment needs time to confirm about the cuts.

02:32At the same time, CBFC lawyer Abhinav Chandrachur told Pete that the cuts will not be even one minute and this will not affect the length of the film.

02:42He said that Manikarma Films has agreed to most of the changes.

02:49The court has adjourned the hearing till October 3.

02:57Zee Entertainment claimed in its petition that CBFC had already made a certificate for the film, but is not issuing it.

03:08It had first accused that the film is not being certified due to political reasons and the upcoming elections in Haryana.
