00:00Hi guys and welcome to Drivespark, I'm Prameet and Nissan has just launched the all new Magnite.
00:05You can see it over here in flesh and this has been launched at a price of Rs. 5.99 lakh
00:10that is already the outgoing price of the previous generation model so they have not
00:14increased the price, price is 5.99 lakh ex-showroom and that's an introductory price so this one
00:20that you see is a left-hand drive one that is for the international market, over here
00:23what you see is for the Indian market and there is one thing very special about these
00:27two cars is that both cars are identical, it's just that the steering wheel is on the
00:32other side, rest everything remains the same, only if there is some regulation that has
00:36to be followed as per other country norm that will be there, other than that both cars remain
00:43the same.
00:44So, we'll start off with the front end, you can see you get this DRL over here, you get
00:48headlights that are all LED, you get LED DRLs down and over here the grille is slightly
00:54wider, it's finished in piano black, you can see you have chrome inserts over here,
00:58your fog light is there and there is a secondary grille.
01:01Now, someone has just opened the hood, so that's the 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine and
01:05of course that produces 99 horsepower and 160 Nm of peak torque transmitted to either
01:11a manual or a CVT transmission.
01:14Now moving on to the side, you can see that the alloy wheels look slightly different,
01:17so they are different, you get body cladding and if you see there is some amount of chrome
01:21present on the door handles and your sides look something like this.
01:26But if you look at the inside, the upholstery has changed, you've got soft touch materials
01:29on the door, soft touch material on the dash and these seats look really comfortable, they
01:34are leatherette seats and as you can see over here, the rear one looks like that, you get
01:38a centre armrest and at the front you get this 8-inch infotainment system, you also
01:43get this digital screen over here, plus you can see that you get Nissan door sills and
01:52yeah, that's how the seat looks like, really nice, that's how the roof liner looks like
02:00and you have cup holders over here, you have a cubby hole, that thing opens up, that's
02:05your CVT gearbox, over here you have your automatic climate control, you have a wireless
02:09charging socket, some storage space over here and those are your buttons for your traction
02:13control, I think this is for your ambient light, that's your digital screen, your AC
02:17vents remain the same.
02:18Now the roof is finished in black, you get roof rails over here, you get a spoiler that
02:23makes the car look really sporty from the rear end, if we move to the back over here,
02:28you can see that the taillight is different, you get a new clear lens tail lamp and over
02:33here you get this turbo badging, since obviously this is a turbo petrol version, you get chrome
02:38over here, magnet badging and this is the CVT, so obviously you have a CVT badging as
02:43well.
02:44Just look at the taillight design, looks really nice, it's got a clear lens tail lamp, gives
02:48it a really sporty stance from the rear, you get a rear wiper with a washer and defoggers
02:53as well.
02:54So once again if we talk about the pricing of this car, so this car is priced at again,
02:59it starts at 5.99 lakh and that is the current ongoing price of the Magnite, the new Magnite
03:08has just launched at the same price and this is the amount of boot space that you get,
03:13so it's a pretty spacious kind of a car and yeah, this is available in six variants, so
03:19yeah guys, this was the all new Nissan Magnite and again, once again let me tell you the
03:24specs of this, so this will come in a 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine or a 1.0-litre N engine
03:29and over here you get a manual gearbox and a CVT and there you go, there are your indicators
03:35and that is your DRL down there, looks really cool, looks smart especially in this colour,
03:41so yeah, this is the engine model and that is the model for, which is gonna go overseas,
