00:00There are so many witnesses. There are so many victims.
00:04Welcome to WatchMojo. And today, we're looking at celebrities who spoke out against Sean Combs,
00:09aka P. Diddy, before his 2024 arrest and indictment.
00:13We're just starting to scratch the surface of what this case,
00:17who this case is going to touch and involve.
00:22Jaguar Wright.
00:23Congratulations, young Miami. Run as fast as Cassie did.
00:28Neo-soul singer Jaguar Wright lacks no boldness in the claims that she's made against Sean
00:33Diddy Combs. Most tamely, she alleges that he's abused and assaulted multiple
00:38associates in the music industry.
00:39Uptown Records started with five people. Andre Harrell. I'll be sure.
00:49But escalating from those potential atrocities,
00:52Wright made declarations that the rapper has been involved in nothing less than foul play.
00:56Wright has noted that prominent members of Uptown Records, now all deceased,
01:00might somehow be connected to Combs and his purported misconduct.
01:04Andre Harrell is dead. The only two left are Puffy and Al, and Al almost died.
01:13Though the validity of Jaguar Wright's statements have yet to be fully investigated,
01:18this will no doubt be a loud voice in the conversation surrounding the Diddy scandal.
01:22As of this video's publication, Diddy has yet to address Wright's accusations officially.
01:27Mark Curry.
01:33Being most easily recognized for collaborating with P. Diddy on the single Bad Boy for Life,
01:38it's not surprising that Curry may have some insider knowledge about his alleged misdoings.
01:42In December of 2023, about one month after Diddy's assault lawsuits began filing in,
01:48Curry spoke candidly in an interview about a myriad of the hip-hop mogul's purported crimes.
01:53And they'd be like, we having a party tonight, but this ain't your kind of party. You'd be like,
01:56yeah, I ain't going. I don't wanna go.
01:59He described how, when out clubbing with Diddy, certain bottles of liquor were not to be touched
02:04by anyone but the women in their company, as they were presumably filled with narcotics.
02:08So when you get up, they'd be like, don't touch them bottles right there,
02:12and only drink them bottles right there. So we already knew what the drill was. You just don't
02:16mess with them bottles, right?
02:18Hearing these claims come so matter-of-factly from Curry so early on in Diddy's legal troubles
02:23brings a frightening new level of validity to all of the claims made against him.
02:27Orlando Brown.
02:29I got in my Diddy mode. I'm sorry. I started licking my lip. You see him? You know what I mean?
02:32Yo, Diddy, you gave me the Ooshkosh Gooshmosh.
02:34This actor and rapper has had his own troubles with the law, but nevertheless, Brown had come
02:39out and discussed Diddy on multiple occasions, albeit more cryptically than some of these other
02:44claimants. In an interview with Cam Capone News in 2022, Brown snapped into a strange,
02:50gibberish rant seemingly to Diddy, who was not in the room, nor was he being discussed.
02:59You know what I'm talking about, Diddy?
03:00Looking back on this clip, there was clearly something unusual about the two rappers'
03:04relationship. In another conversation, Brown was asked if it was possible for
03:08someone to be successful in show business without engaging in drugs.
03:12He said, absolutely, with an exception.
03:15Bro, the requirement is, you gotta say no to Diddy.
03:18Kanye West.
03:20In retrospect, we should have read between the lines whenever somebody described a puffy party.
03:24In a 2014 episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians,
03:27Khloe recalled attending a Diddy party where everyone was, quote,
03:31butt-naked.
03:32Stop talking.
03:33Have you met Khloe's new crew of friends?
03:36And all I said was, yes. And then I stopped talking.
03:40All I said was, yes.
03:42Khloe's former brother-in-law, Kanye West, also made comments concerning Diddy that
03:46read differently now. In 2022, West called Sean Combs a, quote,
03:51fed, claiming he had sold people out to spare himself from jail time.
03:54That's why you gotta come at me, because part of the deal for you to be a do-all-day
03:59and get out of jail is that you promise that you gonna go pull my co-car.
04:04Since West is infamous for making wild, often unfounded accusations,
04:08these statements initially blended in with his other tirades.
04:11Even now, it's hard to say if West's allegations were authentic.
04:15Given Combs' current legal issues, though, West's words feel like a warning,
04:19whether or not he truly had any inside information.
04:22I don't know if it's a party. I'm saying that metaphorically, you know what I'm saying?
04:25But you've heard about the parties that everyone is talking about.
04:27But you've never got invited to them.
04:29I don't know a party. I don't even know what the party. That's how far out of it I am.
04:33Usher
04:33When he was just getting his foot in the music industry's door,
04:36a 13-year-old Usher spent a year living with Combs.
04:39Usher opened up about this experience in a 2016 interview with Howard Stern.
04:44Does he have you doing any chores? Are you doing dishes at all? I mean,
04:47to keep you humble somewhat? Or are you just like,
04:49can you stay up till four in the morning with them and party?
04:51I mean, I could. I actually stayed up longer than them.
04:54Although he made it sound like a blast,
04:56Usher hinted at something more disturbing beneath the surface.
04:59Usher said that he didn't, quote,
05:01understand what he was even looking at, and, quote,
05:03very curious things were taking place.
05:06I went there to see the lifestyle.
05:07Right.
05:08And I saw it. And it was, and it was,
05:10but I don't know if I could indulge and understand what I was even looking at.
05:13Perhaps most telling,
05:15Usher made it clear that he wouldn't want his children attending,
05:18quote,
05:18puffy camp like their father.
05:20Regardless, Usher's protege, Justin Bieber, would spend 48 hours with Combs.
05:24It may just be speculation,
05:26but a fake phone number that Bieber later gave Combs now reads like a cry for help.
05:30I mean, you try to get in contact with me, you know,
05:32through all my, you know, business, you know, partners and whatnot.
05:35But you never really got my number, so.
05:38Right, okay.
05:39My number?
05:39Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
05:40I'm gonna tell you my number.
05:41Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
05:42It's 555.
05:43Yes, okay.
05:445555.
05:45Mace.
05:46In addition to breaking out as Diddy's hype man in the 90s,
05:49Mason Durrell Betha, or Mace, released three studio albums through Bad Boy Records.
05:54Mace eventually had a falling out with Combs and his record label.
05:58I never got paid what I was worth, and I never got the respect I was worth.
06:02So the disdain that I got for Puff is more like, you trying to keep me here.
06:08Leading up to his former collaborator's arrest,
06:11Mace claimed Combs cheated him with a $20,000 publishing deal
06:15and had been withholding royalties for decades.
06:18In a 2022 interview, Combs asserted that Mace owed him $3 million.
06:23That's facts.
06:24I got the receipt.
06:25Second album, you gave him money to do a second album, never deliver it.
06:28Did the album, never deliver it.
06:29You know what I'm saying?
06:30And I'm not gonna go back and forth with Mace.
06:31You know what I'm saying?
06:32I'm not going back and forth with nobody.
06:34Combs nevertheless returned the publishing rights to Mace
06:37and several other Bad Boy artists the following year.
06:40Although Mace was among the first to call Combs out over royalties, he wouldn't be the last.
06:44In 2024, former bandmate Don Richard sued Combs,
06:48citing, among other things, roughly $5 million in unpaid earnings.
06:53Don had the choice to file the case as a Jane Doe.
06:56And she chose not to do that.
06:58After giving it a fair amount of thought, she wants accountability.
07:01She wants justice.
07:02Kat Williams.
07:03I sure hope I have a club shay-shay after this year.
07:07It's gonna be in a dimension it's never been.
07:10Yeah, it's gonna be.
07:11The greatest thing floating in 2020.
07:13I might be out of business.
07:14Lock the words.
07:14No way.
07:16In a whole different realm of business.
07:18Comedian Kat Williams is no stranger to run-ins with the law and reported abusive behavior.
07:23As such, it's understandable why some would call Williams' credibility into question.
07:27In January 2024, though, Williams made several remarks about Combs that
07:32only became more relevant in the months to come.
07:34On Shannon Sharp's Club Shay-Shay podcast,
07:37Williams touched upon the now-notorious ditty parties, advising people to just say no.
07:42And you gotta tell him no.
07:44You've got to tell him no.
07:46I did.
07:48I did.
07:48See, I got the receipts for everything I'm telling you.
07:50That's why I can say them so freely.
07:52Kat, I need a note.
07:53While his reasons were somewhat vague,
07:55Williams was especially concerned about protecting a certain area of his body.
07:59Williams didn't elaborate further,
08:01although he took another shot at Combs later in the interview.
08:04I know how blessed I am.
08:06If I look at it, I got it.
08:08That's how Diddy be feeling.
08:10Come on, man.
08:12I did.
08:14The recent allegations regarding Combs' quote,
08:17freak-out parties and alleged abuse have painted Williams' words in a whole new light.
08:22Aubrey O'Day
08:23What do Donald Trump and Diddy have in common?
08:25Well, arguably, quite a few things.
08:27But singer-slash-reality star Aubrey O'Day is one of them.
08:31Once mentored by Combs, O'Day later appeared on the fifth season of The Celebrity Apprentice.
08:35I am a very strict and focused businesswoman because working for Diddy for six years
08:41trained me to have to be perfect.
08:44Working for Diddy?
08:45Absolutely.
08:45I love Diddy.
08:46When O'Day brought up her association with Diddy,
08:48Trump was quick to shower him with praise.
08:51O'Day tiptoed around her former boss,
08:53unwilling to say if he was a quote,
08:54good guy,
08:55as Trump described him.
08:57I don't want to answer that question.
08:58Oh, well, I think he's a good guy.
08:59I'm going to stick up for him.
09:02During a 2019 interview with Variety,
09:04O'Day went into greater detail.
09:06Discussing her time on the Diddy-produced Making the Band,
09:09O'Day said quote,
09:10We were scared to death with what would happen with Puff each day.
09:13I experienced everything from race remarks to sexism and a lot of it was scary.
09:18Listening to Gene Deal, his bodyguard.
09:20Yeah, I talked to him yesterday.
09:22Really?
09:22Yeah.
09:23Because he had a really astonishing quote.
09:26You should hear the one he's not saying.
09:27It's even crazier.
09:28Right.
09:29So he's got stuff in the tuck that he hasn't put out there?
09:33Everybody does.
09:34Wendy Williams.
09:35I have broken up with somebody.
09:37Who?
09:38I don't want to, I don't want to say.
09:39Do we know the person?
09:40Maybe.
09:41Okay.
09:41After being fired from Hot 97 in 1998, Wendy Williams accused Combs of playing a role.
09:47In 2004, Williams wrote that she would quote,
09:50Never forget the hell Combs put her through.
09:52Even so, Williams said that she didn't hate Combs.
09:55On a 2015 episode of her show,
09:57Williams commented on the allegations that Cassie Ventura was hiding from Combs.
10:01This is a beautiful dress, by the way, that she has on.
10:04And Puffy, you look great for all the hard partying.
10:09Williams painted Combs as a quote,
10:11Mogul you can't escape.
10:12The same year, Williams asked Jennifer Lopez if she would ever get back together with Combs.
10:17Lopez's mother, Guadalupe Rodriguez,
10:19basically answered for her daughter with a look that said everything.
10:23Although they reconciled in 2017,
10:25viewers have been waiting on pins and needles to hear Williams'
10:28thoughts about Combs in the wake of his arrest.
10:31You are exhausting me.
10:32Let me tell you something.
10:33This week has been hella exhausting.
10:37Curtis James Jackson III,
10:38a.k.a. 50 Cent,
10:40is another big name who's had a longstanding feud with Combs.
10:43It all started with 50 Cent's 2006 diss track,
10:46The Bomb,
10:47which alleged that Combs was connected to the murder of Biggie Smalls.
10:53There's still little concrete evidence backing up that conspiracy theory.
10:57In October 2023, though,
10:5950 Cent elaborated on his beef with Diddy,
11:02describing his parties as quote,
11:03Uncomfortable.
11:05That's not really beef, though.
11:06That's just competitive.
11:07Competitiveness.
11:08All right, so you and Diddy, you and Puff Cool?
11:10No, I don't really rock with them.
11:12During his final app tour,
11:1450 Cent said Diddy would quote,
11:15Hug you from the front and the back at the same time.
11:1850 Cent has been even more vocal about Combs following the raid on his homes.
11:22It's also been reported that 50 Cent sold a docuseries to Netflix entitled,
11:26Diddy Do It?
11:33Tupac Shakur.
11:34Speaking of conspiracies,
11:3650 Cent has also claimed that Combs got Tupac killed.
11:39Again, there isn't much backing this up,
11:41although Tupac was also skeptical of Combs.
11:44If these rumors or allegations are true,
11:47it would make sense he would be able to get away from it,
11:49or get away with it for so long because people would be afraid.
11:52Speaking with Vibe magazine in 1995,
11:55Shakur was asked if he thought Combs was connected to his shooting the previous year.
11:59Shakur did not hold back,
12:00saying quote,
12:01I believe so.
12:02Adding that quote,
12:03It's between me and him,
12:05and only he knows.
12:06I have proof, things that I can say that will back up my claim,
12:09but this is not for the world to know about.
12:11About a year later, Shakur was involved in another shooting, this one proving fatal.
12:16Dwayne Keefe D. Davis, who was arrested for Tupac's murder in 2023,
12:20once said that Combs offered $1 million to carry out Shakur's assassination.
12:25I think that was a bad move, dude, you know what I'm saying?
12:28It took me heat.
12:29Yeah, but show some love, brother, love.
12:31Whether or not Combs was involved,
12:33Shakur's words paint the portrait of a violent man.
12:36Rodney Lilrod Jones
12:38While Combs has faced numerous accusations throughout the years,
12:41Rodney Lilrod Jones was among the first to take serious legal action,
12:45contributing to the mogul's current circumstances.
12:47Jones was a producer on Combs' The Love album Off the Grid.
12:51According to Jones, though, he quote,
12:53endured many things that went far beyond his role as a producer.
12:56Claims made by Jones include hidden cameras in the rap mogul's home,
13:00saying quote,
13:00Mr. Combs allegedly threatened to eat Mr. Jones' face in order to get what he wants.
13:05Jones alleged that Combs repeatedly groped him and made him participate in unwanted sexual
13:10activities. This included having to work in the bathroom as Combs showered. What's more,
13:15Jones claimed that he woke up naked in bed with Combs and two sex workers after being drugged.
13:20His lawsuit also implicates Combs' son Justin and chief of staff Christina Coram,
13:24the latter of whom was accused of grooming.
13:27Basically calls her the Ghislaine Maxwell to Sean Combs' Jeffrey Epstein.

13:48Cassie Ventura, this model-turned-singer was in a relationship with Combs from 2007 to 2018.
13:54There had been signs of trouble in paradise. In 2015, Ventura shared an image of a sleeping baby,
14:00posting, quote,
14:01"...how I sleep, knowing that I'm single and nobody cheating on me."
14:04The next year, it was reported that the two were seen arguing in Beverly Hills.
14:08Five years after their final breakup, Ventura filed a lawsuit against Combs,
14:12accusing him of domestic violence, sexual abuse, and sex trafficking.
14:16Although Combs denied these claims, the lawsuit would be settled out of court.
14:20This wasn't the end, as footage from 2016 surfaced.
14:24"...appears to corroborate Cassie's claims identically.
14:28Really, Jake, the lawsuit lines up with exactly what we are seeing."
14:32Combs issued an apology, while many have supported Ventura for marking the beginning of his downfall.
14:37What other celebrity accounts have you looking at Diddy differently? Let us know in the comments.
14:42I have my own opinion, but I wouldn't slander their name like they did mine.
