00:00The Minnesota Vikings are traveling across the pond this weekend to take on

00:04the New York Jets. So coming up on today's show my official week 5 preview

00:09where we can see the Minnesota Vikings potentially move the 5-0 on the

00:13season. Right now the bookmakers out west have the spread at in favor of the

00:17Vikings but just that three points I think that's a little disrespectful and

00:21I'll explain my thoughts there in a second but before we dive into the

00:23preview you guys need to make sure you are subscribed to the channel and shout

00:50Alright so what's coming up on today's preview? We're gonna first dive into a

00:54deep dive into the New York Jets. What have they done this season? You know who

00:58are a couple of their key players and then also some injury news. T.J.

01:01Hawkinson, Ivan Pace. Could they be returning for this week 5 matchup? Then

01:05I also got my keys to victory. How do the Vikings move the 5-0 and celebrate

01:10five straight victory Mondays? Then I'll close today's show with my score

01:14prediction as I think it's gonna be a beatdown in London but I'll save that

01:17for the tail half of today's video. But let's take a look at what the Jets did

01:21so far. So they started off week one went to the San Francisco 49ers on

01:24Monday night football. Lost that football game 32-19 and just broad

01:29analysis of that game it was just two different you know levels of football

01:33team. Like we saw a Super Bowl contender in the Niners and we saw a fringe

01:36playoff team in my opinion in the Jets and then they followed that up got a

01:39victory in Tennessee over the Titans 27-24 and then they followed that

01:44up Thursday night against the New England Patriots. Won that football game

01:4824-3 but then this past weekend it was a disaster for the Jets. They lost

01:53to the Denver Broncos at home where the Denver Broncos starting quarterback Bo

01:57Nix had about 66 yards on the day but they ended up losing that game 10-9.

02:03But you know the two main focal points of this Jets team are Garrett Wilson and

02:07Breece Hall. Now they were heading into the season hopefully and you know these

02:10two guys will be top five at their respective positions. However that

02:14hasn't been the case to start the year. Garrett Wilson only 20 receptions 191

02:19yards and a touchdown on the season but this is the shocker for Jets fans.

02:23Breece Hall 56 carries only a 174 yards 3.1 yards per carry. I'll tell you what I

02:31drafted him for my fantasy team this year and he's been a disappointment but

02:35the Jets offense they're trying to get these to the ball and it really all

02:38revolves around those two but with them struggling that's a big reason why the

02:42Jets offense hasn't been you know playing their are up to their standard

02:46like yards per game 24th in the league pass yards per game 19th and only 203

02:51per game and then they haven't been able to run the ball and that is key here as

02:55rush yards per game at 91 and a half that ranks 27th in the NFL and then also

03:01points per game only 19 that's 20th and third down percentage you got to give

03:05credit the Rodgers for that one 46.3 percent there but you know a big reason

03:09why they haven't been able to run the ball is their offensive line has

03:11struggled specifically in the interior now the PFF grades actually grayed out

03:16better than I think they actually played but you know they do have a rookie right

03:20tackle Olu Fashano who they took I believe at pick 11 when the Vikes

03:24traded up with them but they also got Tyron Smith he's doing having a pretty

03:28good year well actually very Tucker's solid but just to be that left guard

03:32John Simpson the Vikings should try to take advantage of him he has been

03:35terrible in pass protection I think he can line Van Ginkle Garnard up over that

03:39spot and really cause some havoc but Rodgers actually talked to media after

03:43the loss to the Denver Broncos and you know frustration is definitely setting

03:46in and he said this this is kind of the buzz quote he says when your defense

03:50holds them to ten you've got to win the game a hundred percent of the time

03:54that's on the offense that's on me not good enough and then also after the game

03:59Robert Sala he was talking to media and he said cuz Jets had a ton of offensive

04:04line penalties a lot of false starts and he blamed it on the cadence and then

04:08Aaron Rodgers followed that up by blaming that on accountability kind of

04:12taking a shot at it at his head coach so Rodgers I'm not saying he is a cooked

04:17product from once he once was but he is nowhere near that same guy like he does

04:21not have the same mobility when he has a clean pocket and he can get the ball out

04:25on time and on target he is still a very very elite quarterback but that's not

04:30what he's done this season and keep your eyes on this right here the touchdown

04:33the interception ratio I feel like Rodgers as he's entered the last kind of

04:37three years of his career here he has focused so much on that that I actually

04:41think it's hurting his play because the old Aaron Rodgers back in his prime in

04:452010 to 2015 he would just spin the ball over the lot giving his receivers 50-50

04:50chances that's not necessarily who he is now to the Jets defense here because we

04:56know they do rank out pretty well you know yards per game second in the league

05:00279 pass yards per game 128 that's first in the NFL rush yards per game

05:07128.5 that's actually 20th that's where they are beatable points per game ended

05:12up shaking out top six in the third down percentage top 12 but you know when you

05:15talk about the Jets defense you got to talk about the studs they have and you

05:18know they got one at each level sauce Gardner top six five cornerback in the

05:22league I actually do think he's a little overrated as some people think he's an

05:25undisputed best cornerback in the league I hope the Jets leave him one-on-one

05:29with Justin Jefferson but this man right here Quentin Williams he is a monster he

05:34will wreck the game he's on that same level as Dexter Lawrence and as we know

05:37you know number 97 for New York had a massive game against us in week one and

05:42but then you also have Quincy Williams his brother at the linebacker position

05:45these are all three of the best players at their respective positions but it

05:48gets me to this take the Jets roster is extremely front-heavy and that's why I

05:54think this is a terrible matchup for New York and a great matchup for Minnesota

05:58if you just take away their top 10 players and you don't allow them to

06:02absolutely game-wreck they don't have anything behind them like if you take

06:06away Garrett Wilson you take away Brees Hall they don't have that second gear or

06:10that second you know go to offensively and especially defensively like you know

06:15if you're able to you know dominate sauce Gardner and 18s you know able to

06:19you'll really take advantage of that matchup like I'm not nervous about the

06:22Vikings moving the ball or also stopping the Jets offense from moving the ball

06:25this weekend but you guys let me know here early on today's show who you got

06:58not clearly a hundred percent he shouldn't even travel to London like

07:02even if he is ninety nine point nine nine nine nine percent healthy I'm still

07:07not having him travel it's a you know a shaky playing turf over there and plus

07:12with the bye next week and then the Lions week seven after the bye I'd

07:15rather just keep him on ice have him be a hundred and ten percent ready to go

07:19for that week seven game versus the Lions and plus his replacements his

07:22backups have been playing well this year like Josh Oliver he's been great in the

07:26run blocking department really has you know I already thought he was the best

07:29run blocking tight end in the league headings this year but now I feel like

07:32the common NFL fans kind of getting on that curve then Johnny Muntz he had a

07:35couple of good good games the past couple of weeks seven receptions 44

07:39yards and a touchdown for him but you know I'm not too worried about TJ

07:43Hawkinson missing this week but a guy who the Vikings should be getting back

07:46is actually Ivan Pace jr. Kevin O'Connell talked to media a couple days ago and he

07:51said he is very optimistic he would be out there they proceeded on the side of

07:54caution against the Green Bay Packers so Pace should be out there and that

07:58just adds another level to this linebacking crew you know Blake

08:02Cashman Pace they've been awesome but shout out to Grugier Hill man I mean two

08:06interceptions and two starts had five pass breakups as well he has been elite

08:10elite in coverage and I was watching the all-22 on his interception of Jordan

08:14Love it was just an absolutely nasty read like he didn't bite on the you know

08:18fake route and he kind of peeled it off got back to the in breaking route and he

08:22made a hell of a play on the football but you know what the Vikings starting

08:26off 4-0 injuries are definitely a way this season can get derailed so if you

09:52show Brees Hall and Garrett Wilson now the whole Jets offense from what I have

09:57seen on film over the first four weeks if these two are not open you will you

10:03will be very successful like if Aaron Rodgers doesn't have that first read to

10:06Garrett Wilson he's trying to replicate what he had with Devante Adams and that

10:10worked back in the day but with Garrett Wilson in my opinion not even being

10:13close to who Devante Adams was and Aaron Rodgers not being close to who he once

10:18was it's just not a good offensive you know mindset out there and plus Brees

10:23Hall if you're not able to run the ball and the Vikings can get this team in the

10:26third and seventh third and eighth third and long they should be very very

10:29successful so you know my hot take here and I'll wait to get my score prediction

10:34here in a second but I think this Vikings defense is gonna have a

10:36bounce-back game from giving up 29 points for screaming Packers I think

10:40they're gonna take away Brees they're gonna take away Garrett Wilson and I

10:43think it is going to be a dominant performance for this defense now I do

10:47want to highlight another Jets running back Braylon Allen rookie out of

10:50Wisconsin six foot one 235 pounds he has been running hard and I do think if

10:56there's a style of running back that can be successful on the Vikings it's that

11:00big physical bruising running back and he's already gone for 4.8 yards per carry

11:04this season but if Rodgers isn't throwing the ball to Garrett Wilson he's

11:07gonna be looking at Mike Williams and Alan Lazard now you know Mike Williams

11:11nowhere near who he once was Alan Lazard nowhere near to who he once was it's

11:16kind of the theme with this Jets team they have a bunch of players out of

11:19their prime trying to make it work but these two have really done much this

11:22year yes Lazard's found the end zone three times but am I really worried

11:26about him beating Shaq Griffin beating Byron Murphy and one-on-one coverage

11:29absolutely not so you take away Brees Hall and Garrett Wilson and his defense

11:33should be very very successful number two for me like this isn't even like a

11:38key to victory this is just let the game play out this is the biggest coaching

11:42mismatch in the NFL this season and this is honestly the biggest coaching

11:45mismatch I've ever seen covering the NFL Robert Sala Nathaniel Hackett the

11:50offensive and defensive play caller for the New York Jets they are two of the

11:53worst in the National Football League and with what we have with the Minnesota

11:56Vikings in Kevin O'Connell in Brian Flores it should be a bloodbath out

12:01there this weekend and I will say this point I have not seen a defensive

12:05coordinator like Brian Flores get this much love in a very long time I always

12:09feel like it's the offensive guys that they're getting all the praise they're

12:12getting the interviews and it's pretty cool to see a defensive guy in Flores

12:15you'll get that same respect but number three for me you knew was coming back

12:19win the turnover battle because the famous chat stats live on as the Vikings

12:25last week won the turnover battle versus the Green Bay Packers and that moved

12:29them to 21-0 when they tie or win the turnover battle under Kevin O'Connell I

12:34think if you are you know at the bar at the barbershop at the lunch table trying

12:39to make an argument with your friends on why Kevin O'Connell is a great coach

12:42just tell them this stat this is the best you know point of data in my

12:46opinion to you know prove that KOC is a great coach so win the turnover battle

12:50and you should be alright but let's get to this one and this one I'm probably

12:53most excited about because I think Justin Jefferson I think he's had a

12:58slow start to the year by his standards and you know his stats are ridiculous

13:03for a slow start he's gotten a touchdown in every game 20 receptions 358 yards

13:08but he hasn't really had that 10 reception 175 yard game where he goes

13:13for two or three touchdowns where it really is the Justin Jefferson game I

13:17think the Jets are going to be idiotic this weekend and leave sauce Gardner

13:21one-on-one with number 18 my message to you Kevin O'Connell you take advantage

13:25of it you get this man 1516 targets if that is the game plan from New York but

13:30I could see the Jets having a little too much confidence in sauce and then number

13:3418 having a great day but number five for me dominate the trenches now you

13:39know this is something I've been kind of hinting at on the show over the last

13:42couple weeks but you know if the Vikings want to be a Super Bowl team they got to

13:45be a physical team and it starts with the off offensive line and establishing

13:48a run game because this Jets defense is good but they're susceptible in the run

13:52game so I'm looking at Daris off Brandel Bradbury Ingram O'Neill let's

13:56get downhill let's keep these guys happy and let's get Aaron Jones you know 25 30

14:00touches this weekend and have him run for a buck 50 because that gets me to

14:04this Super Bowl teams are physical teams like the Chiefs over the past couple

14:09years the Niners over the last couple years take the Lions for example they're

14:12a very physical football team that wins later on in the year when it gets colder

14:17when teams are more beat up normally you don't the more physical team is the one

14:20that ends up winning now the Vikings gonna have to match this dude's

14:23physicality Quinton Williams he is a problem you know he's just that

14:27prototypical like three tech that's just gonna you know he they will split him

14:32out wide a little bit so but again I'm not worried about him going against

14:35Daris all and O'Neill I'm more worried about him going against Ingram now

14:39that's the only way where I think defensively a player on the Jets can you

14:43know wreck this game but again I still got confidence so you guys let me know

14:47predict the score for me I'll give you guys mine here in a second of the London

14:50game week five Vikings versus Jets I'm gonna your score prediction down below I

14:54got a beatdown coming from the New York Jets I got the Vikings winning 31 to 6 I

14:59think this spread is disrespectful minus three points I think it should be minus

15:03seven and a half and I'll still hammer the Vikings so I got 31 to 6 I think the

15:07defense is gonna shut out Aaron Rodgers he's gonna get sacked five plus times I

15:10just think the Vikings you know be 14 to 3 at half and then they'll finish it off

15:1431 to 6 but that's what I got I think it's gonna be a bloodbath this weekend
