It’s been a year to the day since members of Hamas attacked Israel, killing over a thousand people and kidnapping dozens more. Still on the anniversary of the attack many gathered in Reim, the site of the Nova music festival where over 360 people were killed by Hamas agents, to mourn those they had lost. 00:56rockets tore across the sky and organizers halted the event.

01:21This was just one of several ceremonies that took place to commemorate those lost on that
01:25horrific day in areas all over Israel.
01:28According to Israeli reporting, some 1200 people were killed and another 250 were kidnapped
01:34during the October 7 attack.
