00:00There is a new low-pressure area and storm that is being monitored by Pagasa.

00:09Outside of Par, the last seen storm is 2,600 kilometers away.

00:14It is called Extreme Northern Luzon.

00:16It is moving north-northeast now, so the chance of entering the Philippine Area of Responsibility is low.

00:22The LPA inside Par is still in the West Philippine Sea and is 165 kilometers away from Coron, Palawan.

00:30According to Pagasa, the chance of it becoming a storm is low,

00:33but it is continuing because two to three storms are possible to form or enter Par this month,

00:40according to Pagasa.

00:41If October is like this, if the direction to avoid the country does not change,

00:45the storm usually hits the Northern or Central Luzon or Bicol Region.

01:18There is also a chance of rain in Panay Island, Negros Provinces, Bohol, Zamboanga Peninsula, Caraga, Barm, and Davao Region.
