00:00Some well-known personalities also signed their Certificate of Candidacy for their local position.

00:06Among them is Kerwin Espinosa, who was previously involved in illegal drugs.

00:11He is likely to assist in the investigation of the government and the International Criminal Court in the war on drugs of the former President Duterte.

00:25This Wednesday, Kerwin Espinosa signed his Certificate of Candidacy for his local position in Albuera, Leyte.

00:31This is the position held by his father, Rolando Espinosa, before he was killed in 2016 after he filed an arrest warrant in Celda.

00:40They were previously involved with the former President Rodrigo Duterte in illegal drug trade.

00:43After a few years, Kerwin wanted to reopen his father's case in exchange for his cooperation with the government and the International Criminal Court

00:52so that he could prove the extrajudicial killing in the drug war of the Duterte administration.

00:56If the Congress or whoever helped me to revive that case, I hope they can help me and I am willing to cooperate to prove the A.G.K.

01:19According to Espinosa, he was just threatened by the PNP chief and now Sen. Bato De La Rosa to confess as a drug lord.

01:25De La Rosa refused.

01:39The former President Duterte has yet to agree to Espinosa's statement, but he is willing to run.

01:49In Marikina, the COC hired Congressman in the 1st District, Sen. Coco Pimentel.

01:54His opponents are Marikina Mayor Marcy Teodoro.

01:56Pimentel said he was surprised by Teodoro's run, especially when he was invited by Teodoro to form an alliance.

02:02It was said that Pimentel will run in District 1 while the mayor will run in District 2.

02:07Teodoro insisted that Pimentel's group left the alliance to run as independent candidates.

02:13Sarah Diskaya also filed for COC as PASIG Mayor.

02:16She has a house owned by Sen. Gerard, a general contractor.

02:19According to PASIG Mayor Vico Soto, she is also a partner of Miru System that withdrew last week.

02:27A Sen. Gerard executive refused to hire Diskaya as COC.

02:32Soto also filed for PASIG as a candidate.
