00:00Welcome to DriveSpark, I'm Prameet and what you see over here is the BYD eMAX 7, it has just launched
00:06and the price for this starts at a 26.90 lakh ex-showroom and goes all the way up to 29.9 lakh
00:14ex-showroom. So let me quickly show you what do you get with this car, so this is an all electric
00:19MPV, starting off with the front end you can see you get this kind of headlight which has
00:24these small projectors, looks really good, it has this DRL over here, the front has a brushed
00:31aluminium finish over here, you get the BYD badging right over there, a front parking camera and that
00:36is how the bumper looks like. Now moving on to the side, you get alloy wheels that look really nice,
00:43design is good, you get body coloured ORVMs, again a camera over here for the 360 degree,
00:48you get integrated indicators over here and you get body coloured door handles as well,
00:53there is some amount of chrome that's present on the door trim and on top you can see over there
01:00that you get a glass roof and if we just have a glance at the interior, let me just get back to
01:08you with that and over here you have a badging that says space. Now since the boot is open,
01:13let me just start showing it to you from here, so this comes in a six and a seven seat variant,
01:18the third row also gets headrests that are adjustable, this is the six seater variant
01:23and as you can see it gets a armrest, the captain seats get an armrest as well, this is the amount
01:28of space obviously you have some space over here to keep some stuff, you get tyre inflator
01:33and a couple of other things and since obviously this is an electric tailgate, you just press a
01:38button and this will close, revealing the taillight section, you can see it gets wrapped around
01:43taillight sections, it says LED technology and it's a connected taillight over here, you get
01:49you get the BYD EMAX 7 badging and an EV badging over here, you also get a space badging over here
01:55and you get roof rails, a shark fin antenna and this is your glass roof that you can see from
02:02inside, just talk about the interiors once, as you can see over here, it gets that screen that
02:07can rotate, that is how the interiors look like, this again comes in a six and seven seat
02:11configuration and as you can see over there, that screen obviously rotates and becomes vertical or
02:17horizontal with a touch of a button, there you get another camera that works in sync with the ADAS
02:23and the radar is over here, so obviously you get level two ADAS with this as well,
02:28now let me just tell you a little bit about the specifications of this, powering this,
02:34I mean there are two variants, one is a premium and one is a superior, first of all, let's see
02:39the acceleration of both and before the acceleration, let me tell you how much power does
02:44this car make, so obviously both the cars make different powers, the premium one gets around 150
02:51bhp and the superior one gets a 200 bhp motor, both produce 310 nm of peak torque and both have
03:00a max speed of around 180 kilometres, also acceleration in the base variant is 0 to 100 is
03:0810.1, then the 0 to 100 in the top end variant is 8.6, driving range in the base variant is 420
03:16kilometres, while the driving range in the top end variant is 530 kilometres, well you have two
03:21battery capacities, the first battery is the one that you get on the lower variant, that's a premium
03:27variant, is a 55.4 kilowatt hour battery pack, superior variant gets a battery capacity of 71.8
03:37kilowatt hour, also you have AC charging, that's a 7 kilowatt hour charger that you get with this
03:43car and apart from that, you get DC charging as well, so you get a 89 kilowatt charging, that's
03:49DC fast charging and 115 kilowatt charging for the E-Max, obviously you get tyre size is 225 55R17,
03:58you have ventilated disc at the front and you have a regular disc setup at the back, so basically all
04:04four corners get discs basically to regen and once again sharing with the price, so this starts
04:09at a price of rupees 26.9 lakh rupees ex-showroom and goes all the way up to the 29.9 lakh mark,
