00:00I would also like to inform you that MCMC has appointed an advisor or consultant to investigate the adequacy and fairness for us to apply for the Postal Service Act 2012,
00:21in accordance with the changes that we have seen in the post and courier industry today.
00:27This committee will take about 8 to 12 months to prepare a report,
00:35and we hope that after that, work to try to move to the Postal Service Act can be done.
00:43We expect that if everything goes smoothly, it will still take a little time to do efforts to write the draft of the law,
00:56then we may be able to see the move at the earliest, maybe in 2026.
01:03So we need a little time, but on the part of the Ministry of Communications and MCMC,
01:09we want to see the post and courier services change, perform transformations in accordance with the times,
01:19and we are ready to help.
01:22I believe that the auditors will look at the entire sector, all companies involved, and also the Post Malaysia itself,
01:39to assess the development in sectors such as social media and also what is called social commerce,
01:54which is the delivery of parcels, packages, and packages.
02:11So we will look at the entire industry.
02:15At this time, it is still premature for me to say more, because the interview has just been done.
02:24We give time to the auditors to start working.
