Steve, the boxer lost his friend unexpectedly and hated being alone. His previous friend, Wendy always used to lay on top of Steve. And when MJ, came to their house, even she climbed right on top of him and laid her head on him. He never escaped being a comfy spot for his "friend." So now, Steve got his friend back, and he wasn't alone anymore.
