00:38Zelenskyy spoke while on a visit to the Croatian city of Dubrovnik,
00:43where he is participating in the third meeting of the Ukraine-South-East Europe Summit.
00:49The participants in the summit are expected to adopt a joint Dubrovnik declaration,
00:54similar to those signed at the summits in Athens and Tirana.
00:59Zelenskyy has also signed an agreement with Croatian President Andrej Plenkovic,
01:04which pledges long-term cooperation between Croatia and Ukraine.
01:09Meanwhile, a spokesperson from Russia's foreign ministry has said it will be impossible
01:14to achieve peace in Ukraine if the country joins the NATO alliance.
01:19In her weekly briefing, Maria Zakharova accused the West of attempting to turn Ukraine
01:24into a springboard for confrontation with Russia.
