00:25The importance of following the international law was minimized by the Executive Board

00:30in the face of China's baseless and aggressive action in the West Philippine Sea.

00:36According to the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea and International Law,

00:40the Philippines has sovereignty in the West Philippine Sea.

01:36investment in cybersecurity protection, and digital infrastructure were supported.

01:41The ASEAN's digital economy is expected to reach US$2 trillion,

01:46which is expected to yield more opportunities, such as jobs.

01:51The President also emphasized the importance of climate change

01:55and the adherence to sustainable agriculture practices

01:58to meet food security and sustainable tourism.

02:02It is also time for women to play a more important role in the fight against poverty

02:08and to recognize the role of women in resolving conflicts and promoting peace.

02:15The Executive Board of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly,

02:20along with the Business Advisory Council and ASEAN Youth,

02:23and 10 ASEAN State Member Countries also took part in the summit,

02:27including Timor-Leste as the observer of 44 and 45 ASEAN Summit and Related Summits.
