Lembaga Manajemen Aset Negara (LMAN) mencatatkan, realisasi penyaluran dana untuk pembebasan lahan IKN Nusantara sebesar Rp2,85 triliun hingga 4 Oktober 2024. LMAN mengalokasikan dana pembebasan lahan IKN sebesar Rp5,9 triliun.

01:17Although the Law No. 2 of 2012 states that the provision of land for public interest is the responsibility of the government, the state asset management agency assures that there are no problems related to the preparation of funds for the liberation of the land of the capital city of Nusantara.
01:30However, for its realization, there are several challenges faced. One of the main obstacles is the problem of the land of the former forest area, where there are around 100 hectares of land that has not been liberated.
