00:00I mean, Andrew McKinley had spoke to us last week in Baku and talked us kind of through the process
00:05of what he would do and what Harts are doing and the interview process and all that. I don't think
00:10there's anybody that's been quoted so far by bookies and things like that, that is actually
00:17on the list of people that Harts are looking at. So it's obviously quite a wide-ranging list,
00:24I would suggest. What they want to do, ideally, yes, they want a manager in place for
00:32between the international break-ins. We're speaking here on Tuesday the 8th of October,
00:38and they're still interviewing at the moment. They had eight names on a list and they plan
00:42to speak to all of those. The next stage after that is take the, whittle it down to a smaller
00:49short list, go to the board with that, and then I would imagine a second round of interviews
00:53before they identify the main candidate that they want to appoint. Once they identify that
00:58candidate, it's then a case of, is he in a job, do we need to negotiate with his club,
01:03can we get permission to speak to him, all that sort of thing. So these things take time.
01:08If they can have it all done for the South American game, great, but it's really important
01:12for Harts to get this decision right. So if it takes another week or so beyond that, then I
01:17think they would be prepared to wait to ensure that they get the right man, because it's not a,
01:21given their situation in the league, and changing managers a couple of times in the last two years,
01:27it's not a decision they can afford to get wrong, and the people who are
01:30in charge of this process are well aware of that, I think.
