00:00The release of the Code of Conduct in the South China Sea is now easier.

00:05This is what President Marcos is calling on the Asian and Chinese countries.

00:10At the ASEAN Summit, where the Premier of China was present,

00:13he also forced the Chinese to invade the Philippines in the West Philippine Sea.

00:23In 2002, the ASEAN and China agreed to create the Code of Conduct in the South China Sea

00:28that will regulate the actions and reactions of the countries

00:32that have occupied the territory of the South China Sea.

00:34But after more than two decades, the COC is still not over.

00:39During that time, China has already built an artificial island

00:42in some parts of the West Philippine Sea.

00:45The Philippine ships have also been blocked,

00:46bombed, and used by China's water cannon and laser.

00:53In the presence of President Bongbong Marcos at the ASEAN-China Summit in Italy,

00:56China's harassment and threat to the Philippines is still ongoing.
