00:00When something like this happens it's a reset for everybody. When you make a
00:04change on the offense it's a mirror that's held up for all of us who played
00:08and we all feel terrible about the opportunity that we had, that we
00:14squandered, that led to Robert getting fired and Hack getting demoted. We need
00:19to be on the same page. I think that's been the biggest thing. It's been a lot
00:23of 10 guys on the same page. Sometimes with me, sometimes been a back, sometimes
00:26receiver, sometimes offensive line. Just too many times. It's hard to win when
00:30only 10 guys are doing it right. Is it hard to, when you change mid-stream
00:34like play callers, is it hard to do like wholesale changes on offense? Is it more
00:38tweaking? You can't do it in a week. The only other experience, I have two
00:45basic experiences, 15 and 18. Not much change right away. There's
00:52a little different personality sprinkled in, but if you want
00:57wholesale changes it takes a lot of time.
