A lucky charity worker from Dorset, who has worked with homeless people for 20 years, has won the keys to a stunning house in Yorkshire worth over £2.5 million - along with £250k in cash – for just £10 – and went straight back to work the very next day, despite celebrating until 3am.

Jo Booth (61) has won the latest Omaze Million Pound House Draw in Yorkshire – and is now the proud owner of an 18th century Georgian home boasting six-bedrooms, acres of gardens and a spa pool.

00:00I don't even care it's raining in here.
00:02No.
00:09We had taken a bit of a sky from work to go and play golf.
00:13And I've got all these phone calls and I'm like, something's going on here.
00:16The next minute we're at home and we've got all of these people coming through the gate.
00:20And I thought we were getting perked.
00:22How wrong were we?
00:24We've been celebrating ever since.
00:26This house looked great in the pictures.
00:28But when you see it in the real, it really is something like out of Downton Abbey.
00:33The kitchen, the agar.
00:35Waking up to the views of the Vale and the hallway, it's just huge.
00:39The kids are just going to have a field day.
00:42The dining room's so big that when we have our parties,
00:44we won't have to get the garden chairs out.
00:47Party with us all.
00:49I've worked in homelessness for 20 years.
00:52Great job, but I certainly don't do it for the money.
00:54I've never had a pension, but I think that we'll be all right now, won't we?
00:58We might end up selling up and cashing in.
01:00Because it is just a life-changing sum of money.
01:03Because of the £250,000, we could at least stay here for 10 years without worrying about it.
01:08It's a generational legacy for our family.
01:10The grandchildren are certainly going to have a great Christmas.
01:14We entered because we just wanted to give to charity,
01:18but to win this is to cherry on top.
01:23£3.9 million is a transformational amount of money.
01:27People with a learning disability face barriers and inequality in society every single day.
01:33But this money will fund Mencap's crucial campaigning work
01:36to help break down these barriers.
01:39I'd like to thank everyone who entered the AMAZE draw.
01:42You have made a huge difference.
01:45The AMAZE community has now raised over £60 million for good causes in the UK.
01:51It just really is surreal.
01:52One minute playing golf for the next minute.
01:55I'm ultimately a millionaire. Winning this house has got to be a home in one.
