02:53Liu Dong was caught Thursday night, October 10, in Binan, Laguna, by a team of military,

02:59intelligence, and immigration officials and from the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime

03:04Commission.

03:05His passport shows his real name is Lin Sun Han.

03:08Paok says Liu Dong's name does not appear in the records of the illegal Pogos, Lucky

03:13South 99, or its lesser Whirlwind.

03:16Neither is it in the records of Hongsheng-slash-Zunyuan, or its lesser Baufu, which is owned by dismissed

03:22Bamban Mayor Alice Guo.

03:24But Paok says Liu Dong has built an extensive network of scam farms since 2016 and has been

03:29under surveillance for eight months.

03:32Beyond Central Luzon, Liu Dong is said to operate across Metro Manila, Ilocos Sur, and

03:37Cebu.

03:38He is one of 13 Chinese nationals caught in the Binan operation.
