00:19A lot of the folks left, but now they're returning home to see their homes and dreams just essentially shattered.
00:26Miles of this road have been completely washed out or buried in sand. Some of the trash trucks that were trying to make their way through here make a little bit of progress stuck in the sand and a lot of folks just kind of walking up and down the beach here wondering what they're going to see when they get to their home.
