00:10Ten countries pledged to send 2,900 policemen and soldiers in Haiti to take part in this
00:15multinational security mission in Haiti.
00:19But so far, only Kenya really sent troops on the ground.
00:22Four hundred policemen in June and 600 more will arrive in November.
00:28According to Kenya's president William Ruto, the situation on the ground has improved
00:32since the beginning of the operation.
00:34But it did not prevent the worst massacres in years to occur last week around the city
