00:00Kick his ass, Hangman!
00:03I should think Hangman is probably going to win here, chat. What do you think?
00:06Oh my god.
00:10Oh, big kick from Hangman to Jay White.
00:15Yeah, I'm going in.
00:20Nice, Brantley. Is it on your phone or are you watching on like a TV?
00:26Ooh, I love their subcross, Steve.
00:31Hangman Page.
00:36Hangman Page.
00:50Holy slam, oh my god.
00:52Wow.
00:56On TV, you're watching on your phone. Hell yeah.
00:58Let's call that they have an app then for the pay-per-view website or whatever.
01:03Pay-per-view.com
01:05Nice, Steve.
01:07I mean, it's worth it, but I'd rather save money if I can.
01:17Ooh, mixed chance here.
01:23Mixed chance here.
01:37Cowboy shit.
01:38I think he, I don't know, I think Jay White should win based on the way the story is going, but I think Hangman might win.
01:45Wow.
01:51Come on. Oh my god.
01:54Spinning choke. Jesus.
01:56What's up, C Oakley? How are you doing, bro?
02:00Not really, Bill. This match could have waited.
02:02There was Bill that just was short.
02:04So it started three weeks ago, which is pretty typical for WWE stories.
02:09It just was a very lackluster build.
02:12Like, there was Bill for every match on this card. A lot of it was just shit.
02:17Like, I have zero interest.
02:19Like, the build for Willow and Mariah didn't hype me for the match, besides what happened on Wednesday.
02:25But that has been building for three weeks.
02:27It's not like there's been no build or very little build.
02:29It's been happening since the last pay-per-view.
02:32It's just not been good.
02:35Every match night has a story that's been built up for a few weeks.
02:39It's very similar to WWE.
02:41There's usually about three to four weeks between every pay-per-view now.
02:44And they have that amount of time.
02:45But the issue was that they also had Grand Slam.
02:48So in the last six weeks, they had four huge events.
02:51All-in, all-out, Grand Slam, and now WrestleDream in a six-week span.
02:55That, I think, made it harder to focus on a lot of these other stories they started building up on.
03:00Which, to me, as much as I love AEW, they weren't hitting.
03:03A lot of these stories weren't hitting for me going into this card.
03:07This is my least hyped card for AEW this year when it comes to pay-per-views.
03:13But I do disagree that there's been no story told for this match or little story.
03:19It's just been not the most interesting story.
03:29Oh my gosh!
03:31DJ, what's up? He says,
03:32You were the first wrestling content creator I've seen on TikTok and found a whole world of fans now.
03:36Thank you, Josh.
03:37Yo, I'm glad you're able to find more people via TikTok through me, man.
03:41I'm glad that you're able to open you up to more creators and more wrestling fans, bro.
03:46What's up, Amanda? Welcome in.
03:51They dropped the ball to this pay-per-view.
03:53Should have been Brian Darby and Swerve.
03:57Huh?
03:59Just because they're all in Washington, they all should be in the main event for the title?
04:02That sounds stupid to me.
04:06Let's ignore any other story building and just because we're in Washington,
04:08let's focus on the three main Washington guys we have.
04:11Huh?
04:12That sounds terrible.
04:13That sounds like WCW 2000 Influencer Days.
04:15Oh my god!
04:17I'd rather have the very little story we had built to this than that.
04:22I hate when it's just like, hey, we're in this city for this pay-per-view.
04:25So let's focus on that wrestler.
04:27Well, yeah, at least you make that tiny bit of the story,
04:29but not make that the whole fucking thing.
04:31Just because they're all fucking from there, you shouldn't beat about them all.
04:34And plus, all three of those guys are part of a match tonight.
04:38Or moment. Swerve's returning from his craziness with All Out.
04:42Edgerton's Hangman.
04:43Moxley in the main event for the—I'm sorry,
04:45Brian in the main event for the world title, defending his title.
04:48And Darby against Rowey, which apparently was built up really well on Wednesday,
04:52but I was watching NXT during that segment.
04:55Most of that segment.
04:58Hangman!
04:59Hangman!
05:00I landed on his foot, but it hurts me.
05:02Oh!
05:05Shane ain't debuting in AEW.
05:09Jesus Christ!
05:12Yeah!
05:14How about that? He almost jackknifed up in the middle of the air.
05:17AJ's grabbing at his knees there.
05:19I could see when he hit that clothesline off the middle rope earlier in the match.
05:22I think he pulled something in the knee. I noticed it was a little bit—
05:25I think J.Y. should definitely win this match.
05:27I think we possibly see Lashley tonight during the Swerve segment.
05:31I think Swerve is going to be addressing them confronting Ronda on the show.
05:35Sammy Callihan's in TNA. He's signed there, so he won't be appearing tonight.
05:40Oh my God! Jesus!
05:51Jesus! He's stuck upside down now.
05:54Oh!
05:56Oh!
05:58Oh!
06:00Oh!
06:02Oh!
06:03Jesus! He's stuck upside down now.
06:07Yeah, I'm watching on Triller. I already did it on Triller TV.
06:10Jesus! Jesus!
06:12You can watch it on YouTube, YouTube pay-per-view, payperview.com, Triller TV, or your cable pay-per-view.
06:20Nice ass, Hangman.
06:31Uh-oh.
06:32Damn!
06:46Mox is not talking about a high fire.
06:48He mentioned his lordship, which was Regal, Lord Regal.
06:52They referred to him when he was in AEW as Lord Regal.
06:55I feel like people didn't watch AEW when Regal was there.
06:59And you see the whole build of BCCB and Regal putting them together and him being the mastermind behind BCCB.
07:07The reason he didn't use the name William Regal is because he's now with WWE.
07:18I've explained this to you before. I've 100% told you this before.
07:22I've had a million people come in here, like, who's the lordship?
07:24That's Regal! He was Lord Steven Regal in WCW.
07:27When he came to AEW, Mox kept referring to him as Lord Regal.
07:40Jesus Christ.
07:46He was referring to the BCC not being what Lord Regal was wanting it to be at the start anymore.
07:51That was what this whole thing is about.
07:53That was what the initial promo was about.
08:03Jesus!
08:05I get not everyone watches everything and doesn't see everything happen, but like...
08:09I'm fucking sure I've explained it to Gran and Pal Flores before.
08:14I do think it's possible we see Bobby tonight. I think it's more than possible.
08:17Oh my god. His head bounce.
08:28Is it weird that I want Josh Alexander to make an appearance on NXT? No. It's not weird at all.
08:32Is it weird that I want Josh Alexander to make an appearance on NXT? No. It's not weird at all.
08:39Bryan vs Darby would have been nice, but I'm glad that they did Mox and Danielson.
08:42Yeah, in storyline they could have done obviously Bryan vs Darby if they didn't do the whole Mox thing that they're doing currently.
08:48You know, Mox beat him at Grand Slam, but...
08:51I just don't think they need, just because all three are from Seattle, just to put them in a match for the world title.
08:56I just think that makes no sense.
08:58I just don't think they need, just because all three are from Seattle, just to put them in a match for the world title.
09:01I just think that makes no sense.
09:03Moxley and, I'm sorry, Darby and Bryan would have made sense, but not having Swerven there when he's...
09:08coming off the big loss to Hangman and the loss to Bryan would have made no sense.
09:24He's gonna get himself DQ'd.
09:26He's gonna get himself DQ'd.
09:28I know about Regal, but it's implied Mox is currently answering to someone else.
09:31I've never seen it implied that anywhere.
09:33Not one promo, I re-watched that promo he got on Monday and the Bryan promo because I missed it and I heard it was really good.
09:39Not once did I hear anything of him implying that there's someone that he's answering to.
09:44Besides referencing that Regal's the one who wanted this wave of the BCC.
09:49Has anyone else in the chat seen any references to him speaking of a higher power?
09:55Besides mentioning Regal the way he wanted BCC to be and the way it is now.
09:59Because I haven't seen one other person besides you say this.
10:03And I read every comment almost on my social media.
10:07I have not seen one person say this.
10:11Because I did miss that Mox Bryan promo this week and I wanted to go back and see it because people said it was really good.
10:21And I haven't seen anything indicating that at all.
10:30It's on pay-per-view.
10:32Triller pay-per-view or pay-per-view.com or YouTube pay-per-view or your local cable pay-per-view.
10:41I don't think Jay White cares one way or the other whether he's going to roll him in the ring here.
10:45Let's see if he stays on the knee. He should.
10:48Hangman's up! My God!
10:49That was great from Jay White.
10:51The only thing I've seen him reference is talking about how the Lordship William Regal wanted this faction to run.
10:56And how they had diverted from that.
11:05Oh yeah, this will be a long pay-per-view. It'll be probably around between three and a half, four hours.
11:09A lot of these matches will get decent time.
11:13I expect some decent time for that swerve segment as well.
11:16I expect that to go at least maybe eight minutes, ten minutes tops. Maybe even more.
11:24Jesus!
11:39That was great from Jay White. Yeah, Jay White's a beast.
11:46I'm hoping he wins this match. I'm a huge Hangman and Paige fan.
11:49Oh, nice reversal.
11:52Oh, of course, here we go! He went to low blow him and Jay White caught it! Wow!
11:57Oh!
11:59There it is, Blade Runner! F***! Dead Eye!
12:10Jesus!
12:20What a reverse.
12:22Nope, you can't take anything that people have to pay for to show up for three.
12:25That's called stealing and that's also called copyright infringement.
12:30That's like going to a store, buying one pack of gum and just grabbing the whole box and walking out with it.
12:36And then just giving it outside the store to everyone else.
12:49He can't hit it, his knee. He's trying though. He got caught! Blade Runner!
12:59He did it! Let's go!
13:03I actually was a little nervous that they were going to have Hangman win.
13:07Let's go! Jay White with the win!
13:20Jay White wins the first match of Wrestle Dream against Hangman, Adam Paige.
