00:33we don't call it an extraordinary welcome,

00:35but a glorious welcome,

00:37which was conducted by the government of Penang.

00:39This is in line with the 50th anniversary

00:43of the diplomatic relationship between Malaysia and China.

00:46And in the meantime,

00:48it is the port on call between Penang and Sri Pengusi.

00:55So, this has been approved by the Ministry of Defense.

01:01The Ministry of Foreign Affairs only gave diplomatic permission

01:06for the ship to enter our territory and dock there.

01:11The rest is a matter of state affairs.

01:15But the diplomatic request from the Chinese Embassy

01:20clearly asked for these things

01:24to make a visit to schools

01:27that are based on Confucian teachings and others.

01:31So, this has been taken care of by the Ministry of Defense.

01:37And the rest, we hope that

01:41if there is any violation of what was requested by them,

01:47it will be investigated.

01:48But as of now,

01:51it is clear that what was requested during the diplomatic request

01:55did not violate any of our country's regulations.
