Transcript
00:00Hello. February has turned very unsettled and there is more wind and rain in the forecast
00:05during the coming week. So it's been a bit of a wet day on Sunday, with outbreaks of
00:10heavy and persistent rain slowly moving eastwards across many areas. And that process continues
00:16tonight, although starting to dry up from the west, with skies breaking for a time.
00:23Overnight temperatures staying nicely above zero, with overnight lows of four or five
00:27across the south and overnight lows of four further north. So a dry start across the very
00:33far south and east tomorrow morning, although cloud and showery outbreaks of rain will quickly
00:38spill in from the north and west during the course of the afternoon. Temperatures just
00:44squeezing into double figures across the south tomorrow, although filling a bit chillier
00:48further north with a keen north-westerly wind. So showery outbreaks of rain will continue
00:54to clear south and east during the course of Monday evening, and skies start to clear
00:59and dry up for a time overnight. And looking at the outlook period, so a powerful jet is
01:04going to be fuelling some deep areas of low pressure expected across the country middle
01:09of the week, bringing outbreaks of heavy rain and gales for some. Thank you for listening
01:13and please check our social media channels for the latest updates. Bye for now.
