01:19The CCPA's Chief Commissioner, Nidhi Khare, ordered that all Ola booking bills will also have to be given to the consumer.

01:32And on the National Consumer Helpline of the Activity Consumer Protection Act,
01:36most complaints against Ola Caps have been received this year on the 9th of October

01:47including showing the contact details of the complainant and the nodal officer on their website,
01:52showing the cancellation policy and the correct charge during the booking,
01:55explaining the reasons for the cancellation, etc.
