Wilson Chowdhry says he's been left angry and upset after Medway Council sent bailiffs to his door, and when he successfully appealed against the pursuit, they tried to issue him another fine.

00:08and yeah, it's frustrating. It makes me angry, it makes me upset, but more to the point,
00:15I'm still left in a situation where I don't know when I'm actually going to receive these funds.
00:19It could be after Christmas when you think about how long I've had to wait for all of these,

00:39These extended delays, in my mind, are quite despicable. They're a sign of
00:47a lack of empathy, and I don't think councils who are part of a democratic process should have
00:57an attitude such as that, but in essence they're there to serve people rather than to
01:01to inflict pain. Does that make sense?
