00:30In awarding the survivors, the Norwegian Nobel Committee highlights the devastation of the

00:41Russian President Vladimir Putin signaled last month that Moscow would consider responding
00:45with nuclear weapons if the U.S. and its allies allow Ukraine to strike Russia with long-range
