00:00Three S's. Self-care, support and stepping stone. So first S, self-care. So it's so important
00:11that you provide yourself with opportunities to look after yourself, especially as you
00:17go into your exams. So some of those things could be taking a break or rewarding yourself
00:24or doing activities that gives back to you, that makes you happy. So that's the first
00:29S. The second S is about support. Know that you are supported. Lean into your support
00:38and know that your support can be there, especially in the ups and downs of doing your exams.
00:45And the third one is stepping stone. Know that what you're doing now in your exams is
00:50a stepping stone for your future. It's a pathway and so don't become too overwhelmed with the
00:57results at this stage, knowing that there are lots of different opportunities in your
01:02stepping stones or your pathway that you're creating from this. Having good positive peers
01:08can make a big difference. So being able to have those sort of influences can help. Also
01:15having other support. So that could be community groups, whether that might be in your sporting
01:19groups or your church groups. Those sort of groups are part of your support base and you
01:25should access that and lean into it because they are also seeing you as part of their
01:29support too. What's so exciting, especially with universities and with colleges, is that
01:35there's so many different alternative pathways to get into the course of your dream. You
01:41may not get there directly, but there are always different options for you to take on
01:47and look at as part of your journey, as part of your path, as part of your stepping stones.
