Israel shows off alleged Hezbollah tunnels in Lebanon

  • yesterday
The Israeli army has released footage of what it claims is a Hezbollah underground compound located in southern Lebanon.

Speaking from inside the tunnel, Israeli army spokesperson Admiral Daniel Hagari stated that the compound was allegedly intended for Hezbollah to carry out an attack larger than the events of October 7.

Hezbollah is believed to have an extensive tunnel network in southern Lebanon, which Israeli officials estimate spans hundreds of kilometers. A Hezbollah field commander, speaking to Reuters last week, described the tunnels as “the foundation of the battle.”
