00:00I know it takes a long, long time to get through.
00:04There seems an awful lot of abuse of the justice system,
00:07that people seem to know the system and use it.
00:11Or do something, they'll be out in three years and do it again.
00:16And for them, it's worth it because they make a lot of money
00:19or do this and do that.
00:20Depends what they do, really, but no, not really.
00:23In America, on the other hand, it's completely different,
00:26you know what I mean?
00:27Slap on the wrist over here.
00:29Then again, that's the UK, innit?
00:31I do believe in jail, I do think jail is...
00:33I honestly think it's a good thing.
00:36But in the same instance, when you're homeless and you go to prison,
00:42you're fed, you're fed, clothed, you've got a purpose,
00:47you'll get a job, there's not drugs in abundance.
00:51I suppose I'll tell you that the same people seem to be coming up
00:54before the justice system regularly,
00:56so there doesn't seem to be the deterrent perhaps that there should be.
