00:33about myself that I didn't know.
00:35Judge said in a clip from to T.S. in a pod, her Real Housewives, centered podcast with
00:40former The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Teddy Mellencamp.
00:44When Mellencamp replied asking what the discovery was, Judge replied, I am on the spectrum.
00:50Mellencamp replied, Oh my gosh, Tam, to which Judge answered, Don't make me cry.
00:55While holding back tears, the OC castmate continued, My biggest problem is working through
01:00trauma that I had in my life.
01:03She added that she has always had a hard time with empathy and feeling people's feelings.
01:08In the podcast episode, she dives deeper into her journey towards this discovery and how
01:12it relates to her long run of 14 seasons on Rock.
01:16I just thought that things were black and white to me.
01:19You know, I grew up with a family that didn't have a lot of empathy or love.
01:23So that just transpired that onto, you know, my adult life, she said.
01:28But after talking and going through everything and my emotions, and I have a hard time with
01:33empathy and feeling other people's feelings, there's a reason why, she continued.
01:37On Monday afternoon, Judge updated fans with an Instagram post after receiving support
01:43in her DMs, saying that even though she checks almost all the boxes, it is an ongoing evaluation
01:50and she will continue to figure out more through therapy.
01:53Judge is currently appearing on the latest season of Rock airing on Bravo, where she
01:57can be seen feuding with her former bestie Shannon Beder.
