00:00Hello everyone on Dailymotion, this is JoshuaCook back here on my variety channel, and this is going to be a VHS DVD and other finds video for October 15th, 2024.
00:21I recently got some VHS tapes at a flea market, and I also got a comic book and some DVDs. I also got some VHS tapes from eBay.
00:40So, I'll start with the comic book that I got, which this is a Incredible Hulk comic, Deathmatch. This is from Marvel's 25th anniversary, July of 1986.
01:04This was during Marvel's 25th anniversary. So, very cool that I got another Incredible Hulk comic. I will try and look for more of these at some point.
01:23Now, for the... I'll go ahead and show the DVDs before I get to the VHSes. This one is Spies in Disguise with Will Smith and Tom Holland, multi-screen edition.
01:53Never heard of this movie, so I figure I give this a watch.
02:07Has these special features.
02:09There's the actual case itself, and there's the digital code, which doesn't say when it expired.
02:40So, that's pretty weird. It even doesn't say when it expired. So, I don't know.
02:57I'm not going to use the code anyway, so I'm not going to bother.
03:10Alright, next is The Greatest Showman. Everybody remembers the song from this. This is the greatest show. That's all I know from it.
03:29Blu-ray, DVD, and digital has a sing-along edition.
03:44I have seen some of this movie.
03:54Pretty interesting.
03:59So...
04:04This one has the code and... yeah, it said code may not be valid after 2020, so this was long since expired.
04:19There's the DVD and Blu-ray.
04:28Alright.
04:38Next, Star Trek Into Darkness 3D. So, this is a Blu-ray 3D, my first ever.
04:52Also has the regular Blu-ray and DVD.
04:58I will try and look for a new Blu-ray player.
05:15Has more great action from Paramount.
05:20I don't have G.I. Joe Retaliation, nor Pain and Gain, nor World War Z.
05:31I believe I have Star Trek, which that one is... if I do have it, it is in storage.
05:39And I will...
05:41I will try and look for these three Transformer movies.
05:51There's the 3D Blu-ray, the regular Blu-ray, and the DVD.
05:58And... here's The Great Gatsby, which is a two-disc special edition.
06:13With Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, Cary Mulligan, and Joel Edgerton.
06:20This is a Warner Bros. movie, co-produced by Roadshow.
06:26Village Roadshow, I should say.
06:38Heard this is supposed to be a good movie.
06:42And this one... this code was expired in August of 2015, so...
06:59Yeah.
07:01So, don't even bother using... not gonna bother using that.
07:07Alright.
07:10Now, for the VHS tapes that I got first.
07:17Bugs Bunny's Looney Christmas Tales, from the Holiday Treasures Collection, and the children's genre.
07:31Celebrate the Holidays, Looney Tunes style.
07:36This is a 1979 TV special.
07:40So be expecting the opening to this here on Dailymotion.
07:47Does look like there... yeah, there's definitely a print day underneath the end label.
07:54Alright.
07:56Put this right there.
07:59Here's Shada.
08:00Shada.
08:02I do have the Warner Home Video copy of this, but this is the original Fox Video copy.
08:19So I will, like I said, be expecting the opening over here on Dailymotion.
08:30The 7th week of 1993, and this has the Redside barcode.
08:40And...
08:47This one is another copy, or another addition to my Disney Masterpiece Collection... collection.
08:58So dear to my heart.
09:01Movie came out in 1948.
09:11One of Disney's loveliest films, set by Leonard Maltin.
09:29January 5th, 1996.
09:37So I will do the opening here on Dailymotion.
09:45Alright.
09:47Now for the stuff I got from eBay.
09:52First one is Dire Straits Brothers in Arms.
09:56The video singles.
10:00Has the songs Money for Nothing, So Far Away, Walk of Life, and Brothers in Arms, which is the title track of the album.
10:12My favorites are So Far Away and Walk of Life.
10:18I'm sure everyone knows Money for Nothing.
10:26I like the version that has all the sports clips of Walk of Life, but I don't know if this has it on there or not. I'll have to check.
10:47This one is 20 Minutes.
10:49I know there's a Warner Home Video copy of Dire Straits, which that one is from 1981, and it comes in a big box.
11:01I think it's called Making Movies?
11:04Yeah, I believe that's what it's called. I would like to get that copy from 1981 in a big box.
11:15I would like to get that one.
11:19June 2nd, 1986. This has oversized reels.
11:31So, be sure and look for the opening to this over on Dailymotion.
11:37Two copies of the Hindenburg. I'll start with this copy.
12:00The movie is rated PG, and it came out in 1975.
12:08There's printings underneath the end label, and it has the 1986 copyright.
12:17The 21st Week of 1991.
12:26Here's this copy, which has the MCA Videocassette Inc. logo.
12:38This came out in 1982.
12:48On the back of this says Home Video Version.
12:57This doesn't say it on here.
13:07And this has the MCA Home Video label.
13:12I taped it back on because it came off.
13:17This has the 1984 copyright in it, and this is also recorded on an axle.
13:25This is a reprint from October 10th, 1984.
13:37It has the MCA engraved.
13:44Let me get this back in here.
13:51Here's Tix.
13:55This is the Neon Mickey copy from Walt Disney Home Video.
13:59I used to have the Anchor Bay copy to this, but I am going to donate that one to Anthony Chabot and keep this one.
14:11This is a former rental from Hollywood Video.
14:19It has the Walt Disney Home Video engraved.
14:26Record on Scotch.
14:29No print date.
14:40Let me move these two or three back.
14:45Here's the Big W Clamshell of the outlaw Josie Wales.
14:58I do have the 1990 copy of this.
15:04This is from the western genre, as it says.
15:10They left him for dead, now he wants revenge.
15:22Has the Warner Home Video engraved.
15:26The Big W logo engraved.
15:29Has a tan lid.
15:42July 15th, 1985.
15:46And I checked the opening and closing. The opening has the Big W Warner Home Video logo.
15:55And the closing after the credits.
16:00This does not have the low pitch black screen of death.
16:15Here's Wild and Woody, a Woody Woodpecker cartoon compilation.
16:25And this did have shrink wrap on here, but I decided to take it off.
16:36And they spell cartoons differently.
16:54And there's all the cartoons that are on here.
17:10This has oversized reels.
17:14November 13th, 1985.
17:25And last tape is Robin and the Seven Hoods.
17:32With Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., and Bing Crosby.

17:48This is from the musical genre.
17:55The Rat Pack's back for a rat-a-tat-tat of song and laughter.
18:14There is a print date underneath the end label.
18:18There's a print date right here, but it's covered up by the Warner Home Video sticker.
18:24But it is from 1987.
18:43Alright, so that's it.
