00:00Woke up this morning to the very sad news, the passing of Hussein, who is the CEO of
00:08Akbar's, one of the best curry places I've ever been to, to be honest.
00:13A bit choked up, to be fair, because this guy was a bit of a pioneer for curries, I've
00:18met him once, and such a lovely fellow, great businessman, great ambassador for curries,
00:25and he actually, you know, he invented the Naan tree, which is one of my favourite things now,
00:32when I go to any Indian restaurant, a lot of them are trying to replicate the Naan tree,
00:37but he had it, there's a video out there where he explains how he came up with this idea,
00:41but yeah, you know, love to his family and his friends, you know, gone way before his time,
00:49and like I say, such an inspiration to the job they were in, to the Indian food,
00:55and you know, like I say, the food there's class, so you know,
01:00this guy will be seldom missed, rest in peace my friend.
