00:14malls will open later in Metro Manila.

00:19they will open at 11 in the morning.

00:22It depends on the time when the malls will close.

00:26That will be done until December 25, Christmas Day.

00:30Meanwhile, the streets in Metro Manila will be closed

00:35from 12 midnight on November 18

00:39until 12 midnight on December 25.

00:43This includes road reblocking, pipelining, road upgrading, and more.

00:48The government's flagship projects are not included here,

00:51including DPWH regulations and emergency leak repairs.
