00:00When Vietnam was in the middle of Covid, I started to study science,

01:47was that it changed my life, became stronger, more positive,
01:53and I feel very passionate about this sport.
01:56The mental focus is very important, and physical endurance is also very important.

02:03One of them is relaxation skills.
02:06If we are able to relax properly, our heart rate will go down,
02:10which means that we consume less energy,
02:13and in turn, we can stay underwater for much longer.
02:17Self-awareness, of course, is also very important in order to understand our limits
02:21and listen to the signals of our body.
02:24In freediving, we look inside and we try to understand our own body.
02:43In Freediving Dubai, I have a lot of great and interesting experiences.
02:47The first thing is the creativity, the infrastructure, the quality, the scale,
02:54and the uniqueness of this sport.
02:56I feel that the environment is very safe and professional.
02:59With 56 cameras under the water, I can observe the surface.
03:05This brings the highest level of safety to the guests and the staff here.
03:12When I became the first Vietnamese athlete in Dubai,
03:16I felt that I would be forever grateful,
03:19because Dubai is like a dream to me.
03:22As a Vietnamese working in Dubai,
03:25I want to bring the image of Vietnamese people,
03:29and show the pride of Vietnamese people in Dubai.
03:34I can't even imagine that I have the opportunity to work in a place like this.

04:00Big is always very deeply committed to learning and perfecting her skills.
